Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and EAT THE BLOCKS PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”), which operates SkoolScope. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SkoolScope records the member count and price of public Skool communities once a day and estimates their revenue from those readings. The estimates come from a model, not from the communities' own accounts. They can be wrong, and they are not financial, investment or business advice.

SkoolScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Skool. We read only pages Skool makes public. If a community becomes private or a page stops loading, its history may stop updating.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Subscription and payment

• The service costs $10 (USD) a month, after a one-month free trial.
• You enter a card when you start the trial. It is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• The subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial months.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download data from SkoolScope, or resell or republish it as your own product;
• share your account with other people;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• use the service to harass anyone or to break any law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Our content

The software, design and estimates are ours. The notes, nicknames and groups you create are yours, and we use them only to show them back to you.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any figure in it is correct.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We can end the service or close your account with notice by email. If we close it for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current month.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
